Second Seelie

Third Seelie
Now, you need to swim under the arch of the ruins and pick up the Ousia block. Then, take it to the Energy Transfer Terminal and activate it to remove the invisible wall in the crack in the wall. Swim there, and you will find the penultimate Seelie.
Fourth Seelie
The last Seelie is outside the water on a ledge. You can either fly around the cube by jumping from the Waypoint or jump out of the water.
