Selling Sunset‘s Chrishell Stause launches a petition to include prettier lingerie options that work well in all situations. When it comes to the style department, Chrishell never disappoints. Throughout her days onscreen, the TV personality always served up the best looks in fashionable outfits fit for all occasions. While she upholds her style through her wardrobe choices, Chrishell admittedly struggles with one dilemma every woman could relate to.
Chrishell Stause Spearheads Petition for a One-Style-Fits-All Lingerie
Via Instagram stories on Thursday, Chrishell opened up about this struggle, also calling on fans to tackle it for good. Sharing a poster image featuring two different lingerie with varying textures, the star wondered why most pieces looked great either with no clothes on or underneath clothing, never both. She wrote,
“Why is all lingerie either look great with no clothes on or looks great under clothes? But nothing that does both.”
Accompanying the complaint, Chrishell Stause shared a photo featuring the chest area of a woman flaunting her curves in an ash-colored lacy lingerie. The photos depicted an ideal example of a lacy bikini perfect for lounging on a warm summer day. But when worn under other clothing pieces, the rough impression of the lace-textured garment would look less-than-appealing through the fabric of an otherwise perfect outfit.
Chrishell Stause included another lingerie option. This second variant, in nude color, appeared very smooth, capable of blending in easily under the thinnest fabric. However, when worn alone as a swimsuit, it hardly looks stylish or elegant. To further clear her doubts, the star included a text snippet urging fans to let her know of any lingerie that conveniently served both purposes. Chrishell Stause finished off by declaring her post as a petition to “make pretty lingerie that is smooth but also can be sexy.”
Chrishell Has Another Project in the Works
Chrishell Stause’s lingerie petition comes in the wake of her latest movie project. The 42-year-old is set to star in the upcoming Lifetime drama You’re Not Supposed to be Here. She plays a pregnant lesbian mom trapped in a town that isn’t so welcoming of her and her partner’s orientation. Notably, the project isn’t just another movie for Chrishell. Rather, it offers her a platform to further foster queer representation, a cause she’s championed since finding love and marrying beloved partner G-Flip. Hopefully, a platform to champion her lingerie cause would also present itself, perhaps in the likeness of a new all-purpose lingerie line spearheaded by the pretty blonde. Time will tell.
