After consolidating his new romance with Ines De Ramon, Brad Pitt wanted to begin life afresh. So it was not shocking that the actor put up his Los Feliz mansion for sale two months ago.
The property went for $40 million. Initially, he bought it for $1.7 million from Cassandra Peterson. After years of innovation, he made it a home for Angelina Jolie and their six kids.
Pitt also added other neighborhood homes to his estate, which upped the property’s worth. Despite the price, it did not stay long in the market. Oil heiress Aileen Getty purchased Brad Pitt’s entire estate.
Immediately after scooping over $30 million, Brad Pitt made a house swap with Getty. He acquired her property hours from his own.

Brad Pitt’s House Swap Made Aileen Getty An Extra $1 Million
It is unknown whether Brad Pitt’s house swap with the oil heiress was planned, but they have what they want. Also selling his home in Los Feliz, California, for $33 million to Getty, he purchased another property in the same neighborhood.
Brad Pitt happened to fall in love with a $5.5 million home owned by Aileen Getty. This home became Getty’s in 2019. It was sold to her by Maroon 5’s James Valentine for $4.1. However, she made an extra $1 million after sales.
Unlike Pitt’s former home, the actor now owns a three-bedroom home built on a 2000-square-foot estate. Pitt hopes to create new memories inside his new property with his new beau.
While living out his days as a man who found love again, the “Babylon” star also considers his kids. Sources confirmed that Pitt already introduced Ramon to his older children. Meanwhile, he does not care what Jolie thinks of his love interest.
