Live-action Star Wars projects have become known for delivering animated characters to the other side. Now, we will get another as Ezra Bridger will be played by Eman Esfandi (King Richard) in the Ahsoka series, the show that will be led by Rosario Dawson as she reprises the role from The Mandalorian season 2. The news was reported by Cinelinx.
The standalone Ahsoka series is not the first major project for Eman Esfandi, but it is one of the first big ones that will put him in a significant role. Most recently, he was in King Richard for a small part. He has also starred in Robert Rodriguez’s Red 11 and The Inspection.
Playing in Star Wars will be huge for him, just as it is for fans as the Ahsoka series debuts Ezra Bridger, a character who debuted in 2014 in Star Wars Rebels, voiced by Taylor Gray. The character went from an orphan to a rebel with the Force who underwent Jedi training.
