Jojo Siwa and Jade Pettyjohn have snagged lead roles in All My Friends Are Dead, a slasher film from Marcus Dunstan. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the movie will follow college students attending a music festival where they are murdered one by one. They soon realize that each murder corresponds with one of the seven deadly sins. Dunstan is a veteran of the slasher genre, having frequently written for the Feast and Saw franchises. Jojo Siwa and Jade Pettyjohn will join the large ensemble cast of Dunstan’s latest slasher film. The cast also includes Jennifer Ens, Ali Fumiko Whitney, Justin Derickson, Julian Haig, Cardi Wong, Jack Doupe-Smith, and Michaella Russell.

Siwa is a YouTube star, singer, and actress who got her start on the series Dance Moms. Pettyjohn is known for her roles in Nickelodeon’s School of Rock, the Hulu miniseries Little Fires Everywhere, and the ABC series Big Sky. Both stars are now appearing in this slasher film from Cinedigm, Roundtable Entertainment, and Clay Epstein’s Film Mode Entertainment. All My Friends Are Dead is shooting in Vancouver, Canada.
While Siwa is a social media sensation who is getting lots of work, she recently had to live through a real-life horror movie. Her Los Angeles home was broken into earlier this week. Siwa shared the footage on social media, writing, “We were robbed last night at 2:40(ish)AM. It was an armed robbery which is very scary. It was a REALLLLLY long night on the phone with my security, family, and LAPD.” Siwa has definitely had a lot to deal with this year between the break-in, relationship troubles, and a feud with Candace Cameron-Bure.
