Many people might remember the fun game starring a cat in a futuristic world that launched for PlayStation and PC. We are talking about Stray. This game received some fantastic reviews due to its gameplay, story, and the ability to control a cat. While it was a hit, many players hoped the game would arrive on a different platform. Thankfully, after almost a year of release, Stray has been rated now for Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S. This means that the launch on this platform is imminent, and more players will get the chance to try this game soon.

This news is great as it could mean the game is due to launch on Microsoft’s platform soon. While there isn’t an official date yet, many speculate the game will get an official announcement during Xbox’s next showcase. In any case, Stray getting rated means the Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S launch is nigh. So, if you haven’t tried this fun puzzle-adventure game, now’s your chance. While it might not be action-packed as other games in Game Pass, it is a nice change of pace that we hope many players like.

It is always great to see games like this one arriving on Xbox. While the Game Pass library isn’t bad, we still think it needs higher-quality games. Everyone knows what happened with Redfall, which might be enjoyable, but it was a technical mess and damaged Arkane and Microsoft’s reputation. Because of that, players are worried about Starfield’s launch and wonder if Microsoft and Bethesda can deliver. The silver lining is that Stray getting rated for Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S means this platform is at least getting polished and finished games. We can only hope the game will get here sooner rather than later.
