How To Complete the Snowbird Challenge in BitLife

It’s finally Saturday again, so we have a new task: complete the Snowbird challenge in BitLife. This week’s challenge is different from the ones we typically do. Rather than focusing on crime, or even jobs, we get to start in the colder areas of the world and warm ourselves up with emigration! Being born in Canada might be boring, but don’t worry. We’ll be emigrating to Aruba pretty soon! Once in Aruba, we’ll take advantage of the best real estate deals we can find! Keep reading to learn how to complete the Snowbird Challenge in BitLife. 

Snowbird Challenge Tasks

Before we complete this week’s challenge, let’s look at some of the tasks we’ll be up against!

1. Be born in Canada
2. Emigrate to Aruba
3. Purchase a houseboat in Aruba
4. Purchase & fully upgrade a villa in Aruba
5. Rent out 5+ fully-upgraded properties in Aruba

Completing the Snowbird Challenge

1. Be born in Canada
   1. This can be done relatively quickly by utilizing God Mode if you have Bitizen purchased. Create the character you want, then choose their country of origin to be Canada. 
   2. If you don’t have God Mode, don’t worry! It’s still possible. Keep randomizing characters until you have one that is born in Canada. Your gender and stats don’t matter, so only focus on the location your character is born in so you can complete the Snowbird Challenge in BitLife.
2. Emigrate to Aruba
   1. Emigration is pretty straightforward. Access the Activities tab, then scroll down to Emigrate. 
   2. Choose the country you want to move to, which would be Aruba.
   3. The choices for emigration vary daily, so age up a couple of times if you don’t see Aruba on the list.  
3. Purchase a houseboat in Aruba
   1. Purchasing a houseboat can cost a lot of money. So, get yourself a job and save up for a while. 
   2. Head to the Assets tab once you’re sitting on a decent sum of cash. 
   3. Scroll down to “Go Shopping…” and scroll through the real estate listings until you find a houseboat. Purchase the houseboat either with cash or by applying for a mortgage and get closer to completing the Snowbird Challenge in BitLife. 
4. Purchase & fully upgrade a villa in Aruba
   1. Head back to the same place where you found your houseboat and search around for a villa. 
   2. Villas are typically expensive, so be ready to spend a bit. The one we found for the Snowbird Challenge in BitLife was listed for $7,219,961.
   3. Purchase your villa and head to the Properties section of your Assets tab. Once you’re there, select the villa and choose the upgrade option. 
   4. Continue to repeat this process to upgrade your villa until no more upgrades are available. 
5. Rent out 5+ fully-upgraded properties in Aruba
   1. You can start with the villa you just upgraded, which is convenient because it costs a lot. 
   2. Head back to your Properties menu in the Assets tab and select the property you want to put up for rent. 
   3. Choose the Rent option, then fill out all the information in the Property Listing menu. 
   4. You can either do a background check or approve tenants on the spot. 
   5. Repeat this process four more times to complete the Snowbird Challenge in BitLife.
