Disney Speedstorm is currently in early access, meaning the racing game has tons of space to add a lot more characters to the game. Right now, the game only has a handful of characters from movies like Mulan, Monsters Ink., Beauty and the Beast, Mickey and Friends, and a couple of others. As far as it seems, the game will continue adding characters as it progresses. What isn’t clear yet is how many updates for the game will be free or paid. The recent Disney Dreamlight Valley game is also in early access and still receiving free updates. However, both Disney-themed games will be set to be free-to-play at some point, which means they will be getting a game pass. Here are some characters from Disney movies we’d love to see in the game.
Characters We’d Like To See Join Disney Speedstorm
There are many characters that could be added to Disney Speedstorm that aren’t in the game yet, even including ones from some Pixar movies. With the game developers having already shown how hands-on they can be with the fans with their past Disney game, it wouldn’t be surprising to see it again. There are many characters that fans want to be brought to the racing game, and today we will be discussing some that we’d love to see.
1. Stitch
Stitch is the first on this list because countless players are already screaming on the internet, wondering when he will be added. Not only is Stitch an adorable little blue fur ball, but he is also aggressive enough to be a good racer. We get to see Stitch ride around and even drive countless spaceships throughout the movie. This sparks the idea that having a racecar for him in the game inspired by a red ship would be really adorable and fit his theme. Stitch could have his own Battle Pass, which could include Hawaii-themed customizable items for our racers. This is a highly requested suggestion that we can only hope the developers will take to heart and create.
2. Rapunzel
Rapzunel is the next choice many would love to have added to the game. Back in the old game Disney Infinity, we got to see a version of her that included her braided hair covered with flowers. Having this long-haired girl in Disney Speedstorm would add to our growing collection of princesses in the game. Her bright and fun colors would be super cute to see in a game like this, bringing life to everything around her. Seeing tracks later on that include her tower in the background would also be a fun surprise. Bringing in more princes like Flynn Rider would also be something we hope will come to the game, as Disney couples are the best.
3. Aladdin
As said above, having more Disney couples in the game would be really cool, which then could bring in Aladdin and Jasmine. These two are one of the best couples in Disney, and each of their racers would be a great addition to the collection of avatars. Although it might be a little far out there that we’d see any flying carpets in Disney Speedstorm, it would be cool to have a car paint job with the same colors. Aladdin and Jasmine are both classics in the Disney movie world, and having them in the game would be really fun. Maybe even getting a race track of Agrabah.
4. Olaf
As of the time of writing, we don’t have any characters from the hit movie Frozen and Olaf would be a great one to start out with. A lot like Stitch, Olaf is adorable and loves warm hugs. Having him in the racing game would be a great addition that could soon bring Anna and Elsa to the show. Maybe while players are racing as Olaf, he will also have a little snow cloud above his head, keeping him from melting.
5. Maleficent
We really don’t have any villains in Disney Speedstorm yet, but if the developers decide to cross over into having villains, Maleficent would be a great first. Not only would her character be stunning, but she could have nature-like powerups that align with her magic. Her kart could even display some black and green to bring out the colors we see throughout the movies as well.
These are some of the characters we want to see in Disney Speedstorm. For now, we don’t know what characters will come next to the game, but we know more will be coming. We hope to see a lot more characters join from other Disney movies. Until then, fans will continue discussing their favorite characters they want to see until the next update.
