Midsummer items are back on Valheim, which means you can sport the Midsummer Crown once again. Iron Gate has brought back the Midsummer items along with performance fixes and optimizations. These were introduced in 2022, and now they are back again in 2023. These include both the Maypole and the Midsummer Crown, which is the item we will focus on today. Here is how to get the Midsummer Crown in Valheim.
How To Get the Midsummer Crown in Valheim
To get the Midsummer Crown, you will have to make use of the Workbench. You will craft the Midsummer Crown by using 10 Dandelions. You can find these Dandelions on the ground in the Meadows. Alternatively, you can defeat Greydwarf Brutes to collect them as drops. The crown will grant you one armor with no additional effect, so it is strictly aesthetic.
If you haven’t crafted a Workbench before, you first need to get a Hammer. You can craft a hammer by combining two stones and three pieces of wood. Craft it in your Crafting Menu. Afterward, you will have to collect 10 pieces of wood. Chop down some trees and then select the Workbench and craft it while your Hammer is equipped.
Now, you will need to build a shelter around the workbench. You need a roof on top of it to use it to craft your Midsummer Crown. Go ahead and collect more wood and craft a roof that will enable you to use your Workbench. Be sure to surround your Workbench with walls and stable structures to ensure you can craft your Midsummer items, and hence, the Midsummer Crown, with no issues.
