Fallout New Vegas 2 depot appears
Even though nothing is confirmed yet, Fallout New Vegas 2 is one of the most awaited titles ever. Just a few hours ago, Fallout 4 received the “beta2” and “newvegas2” repositories. There are no verifications yet as to what these two mean, but many people are still over the edge about whether these repositories really mean something.
Recently, Bethesda has already confirmed a next-gen update for Fallout 4. It is aimed to give the game a more future-proof experience for the players. It will also be more optimized for all platforms, including the PC, as well as minor graphic changes and bug fixes. Some people think that the “beta2” repository is just the next-gen update for Fallout 4. On the other hand, others are saying that the “newvegas2” repository is just a creation club related to the upcoming update.
Bethesda also has a history of working alongside modders, and there is a considerable chance that both of these repositories are just related to modding. Furthermore, there are numerous Fallout 4 New Vegas mods online, and it is likely that Bethesda considered including them in the main game.
There is a report from Jeff Grub, a reliable leaker, that Bethesda and Obsidian are considering making a Fallout New Vegas 2. Is the “newvegas2” repository a notification for the public that the early development for the sequel has started already?
Many are still awaiting the next-gen update for FO4. It should be released soon, but the recent leaks about “New Vegas 2” surely took over the internet by storm.
