First, you’ll need to pirate 5+ porches before age 16, escape prison, become an Exorcist, and donate blood to the blood bank. After completing all these steps, you can try adopting a child in Bitlife.
To adopt a child, visit the Activities tab and select Adoption. Here, you can choose a child to adopt, then select “Adopt Him / Her.” Your adoption request may be rejected if you’re too young or criminal. Moreover, make sure you have lots of money as an Exorcist.
