Two-time Oscar winner Glenda Jackson has sadly passed away. According to a statement issued by her agent Lionel Larner, the late stateswoman spent her last moments in her home in Blackheath, London. Neither family nor associates have disclosed the cause of her death. However, Larner’s statement hinted that Jackson had endured a brief illness before she died. Despite her sickness, Jackson was a busy woman until her death. The award-winning BBC star recently finished up a joint project with Michael Caine, The Great Escaper, before her demise at age 87.
