In Monster Hunter Now, the monster weaknesses list can be accessed through the Monster Guide menu. Nevertheless, it will only show monsters that you have previously defeated. Do keep in mind that utilizing Elemental damage is a pretty good way to deal even more damage. Unlike in mainline games, in Monster Hunter Now Elemental attack can actually do critical damage. Adding a 1.25x damage multiplier to your attacks when active.

Aside from Elemental weaknesses, monsters in Monster Hunter Now also have a list of breakable body parts. Destroying these parts will yield more materials at the end of the fight. [Blunt] refers to parts that can only be broken by weapons with blunt damage like the Hammer. [Sever] refers to bladed weapons like the Great Sword, Sword and Shield, and Long Sword.
